SOCIAL MEDIA AS A MONOLOGUE TOOL 'Ali Rıza Revenueli'
< span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">The concept of social media has become a part of our language with the introduction of the internet into our lives. Especially on social issues, there seems to be no conversation in which his name is not mentioned. It is a very serious communication device; This is an undeniable fact. Discussing this aspect of the matter is not the subject of this article. I want to deal more with the monologue aspect of the work, not the dialogue.
You know, things like this happen? ; We want to say something as if we were in a nightmare, even our voice cannot be heard; We cannot reach our interlocutor... That's where "social media" comes into play; It confronts us with our interlocutor(s). We pour out our hearts, even if it is in the form of a monologue.
People; He shares his feelings, thoughts, joys and sorrows and relaxes; or he feels sad or happy because of other troubles. All this takes place in front of the keyboard in an "asocial" environment.
For some, it is almost a means of satisfaction and self-display (it is mostly used as such). It also functions as.
To be frank, I am personally at a time when I cannot get along with the hours and days. I try to describe in writing the things/people that hurt me (since good things don't happen very often). That's why social media is an invaluable "blessing" for me. When you look at society and people, "people are dying because of boredom." Maybe it's my fault; That's because I pray unanswered "prayers" on the street, in the coffee house, in the park, in the tea garden!...
As someone who tries to look at facts and events from a universal perspective, I encounter problems/questions from Turkey when I go out. I notice the lost values, but I cannot find the strength to pick them up and replace them.
In this case; After all, we are human beings, we try to endure things that poison life... But, whether a man or a woman, it is very difficult to endure all these negativities alone. Again, whether it is a man or a woman, he will feel real next to him; In fact, he is looking for someone with whom he can realize himself with his whole body and soul. He misses the days when he couldn't contain his huge joy in his heart. When he goes out and sees the crowd demanding execution and thirsty for lynching, when he comes face to face with that terrible reality, all his dreams curl up in the corner of his mind like a question mark. However, his dreams were standing tall like an exclamation mark just now.
In such an environment, today's most As a popular concept, "democracy" turns into a rhetoric in which, as Metin Üstündağ puts it, "the people become bride and groom on their own". At that moment, a person, as someone who is aware of some things, understands that he is on a journey towards the end of life.
Let's not forget to say this; In terms of social media, one can perhaps sew up one's bleeding side and wounded parts to some extent through monologue. But in the long run, the threads of the places "stitched" with this kind of monologue begin to loosen and the wounds begin to open again.
Then, we should turn to the doors that will make ourselves "real" both on social media and in face-to-face dialogues. . Because the reality of life and human nature requires this.
Too much monologue is harmful! Otherwise, going crazy would be as real as the buoyancy of water.
Here's an example of a monologue on social media. "Self-therapy" article. I don't know if it happened; I hope there will be more to come.
