COURSE: LIFE SCIENCE
LESSON: LIFE SCIENCE 'Ali Rıza Gelirli'
While talking to my friend, I said "men and women are actually the same being."
He was surprised, of course…
"How so, as a single soul? " he said.
“Yes,” I replied.
< span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"> He looked at me as if to say, "Don't be ridiculous."
“Let me try to explain” I said: Like a flower and its scent, like a fruit and its vitamins, like a sorcerer and his secrets, like dancing with music. like, like lust with emotion. Just as one has no meaning without the other. However, there is a problem: For example, if finding the vitamin in the fruit and discovering the secret of the magician's work is possible by the combination of hundreds of factors; A woman or a man needs to make hundreds, maybe thousands of attempts to find their other-real-half and become whole. Because it is almost impossible to complete it in the first try... In my opinion, every square millimeter of the bodies of both genders need each other. Perhaps the reason why man cannot rule himself and not be a complete, self-sufficient whole is that the same being exists in other places. In other words, if one does not have the other in his life, he feels like an organ is missing in his body... When they come together, that is, when they become a whole, he feels like there is aged wine flowing through his veins, not blood. In relationships that are not fully rewarded, the door opens to a feeling as if you are walking barefoot in the empty rooms of a cold house. Not to mention the deep pain on the left side of one's chest. How else could the knot on the heart be solved when the need for completion was not met? When their "limbs" are not in use... I say limbs because, man or woman, one is like the limb of the other; Actually, there are too many "like" words; is a limb. Yes, the presence of the same being in different places may be perceived as a bit of an exaggeration, but in a sense it makes their limbs "disabled". What do you think is the main reason why Eastern societies are unhappy in particular? The fact that one's limbs are out of use means that one's emotions are out of use. I don't know if it would end its history. It was as if nature had foreseen that men and women were one living creature, but then they were separated. In such cases, it is actually a very legitimate situation for a separate soul to enter the same body. How could a person be free from desires, fears and worries, without returning to his real body, smiling everywhere, away from repressed desires?
A true "peace" between the sexes, I think it will only be possible with such an understanding of femininity and masculinity. Undoubtedly, there are other theories on this subject, but we have not received any real results from them so far.
My friend was a little worried, he said, "it's a surrealist perspective."
And I said, "that's the main idea you got from your life sciences class."
Then I added: "I wonder if nature created us together, but the gods separated us."
He looked at me with worried eyes, seeming to doubt my sanity, and then got up and left. He seemed to say, I can't stand any more "nonsense".
