MIGRANT SOLIDARITY IS IN THE PAST Engin Erkiner
The end of immigrant solidarity did not come suddenly, it has been going on for years . With the rise of far-right, racist parties in European countries, the end of solidarity has become apparent.
The reason is as follows: life is difficult here. , it will become even more difficult if you come, do not come! Immigrants from the same nation helping each other is a long time ago. In the following years, this solidarity was replaced by solidarity with fellow citizens. This gradually disappeared. it was helpful. This has decreased considerably because asylum procedures have become difficult in all countries.
Those who have been living in European countries for years have also organized anti-immigrant parties when necessary they support it. For example, in France, Le Pen's party - the party with the most votes in the country - has many voters of immigrant origin who have been living in this country for many years.
In Germany, AfD (Alternative for Germany) is trying to get votes from Turkish citizens who are citizens. It is said, “We are the party you should choose. We are committed to family values. We are also against immoral behavior such as homosexuality. We support Erdoğan. We want the number of immigrants to decrease.”
Although it is not possible to give numbers, we have been living in Turkey for years, consisting of different peoples.< span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">It can be said that some of the immigrants living in Germany chose the AfD.
Many people living in these countries are of immigrant origin, but immigration is over. They have become citizens or are in the process of becoming citizens.
Immigration is old and new ones are not wanted. This is especially the case in countries such as Germany and France, where immigration is old.
