WE ARE LIVING IN OUR COUNTRY WHEN THE LEGAL AND ETHICAL DECREASE IS AT THE PEAK.

WE ARE LIVING IN OUR COUNTRY AT THE PEAK OF LEGAL AND MORAL DETERMINATION.

State of Turkey It is a country whose founding philosophy is already in trouble. It is not possible for a state structure established with these codes to be a democratic state or a state of law. So, can it break this shell as we enter the new century?

However, both the founding political actors of the country at that time and their descendants frequently used the concepts of secular democratic state of law. They "succeeded" in bringing them to these days by deceiving and manipulating both the domestic and foreign public opinion. Aware of this, the Kurds, who defend equality and freedom, as well as the Left Socialist Marxist Leninist organizations, have come to these days by constantly objecting, but they have not been successful. There have been coups in this country every ten years. As a result of each coup and memorandum, thousands of Kurdish Turks and revolutionaries from other peoples paid a heavy price.

Afterwards, it was tried to design a society on religion by paving the way for widespread sects and communities. Today, we are in a country where 350 sects dominate, 6 of which operate as dominant sects. Huda Par, known as the political arm of Hezbollah, one of the most brutal and brutal sects of the past, "hizbi contra", is today a partner in the Government. It was the Nurcular and Süleymancılar sects that ruled Süleyman Demirel! The same policy continued during Turgut Özal's reign.

More recently, a woman from the Menzil sect was appointed to head the Red Crescent, an important institution of the country. In Turkey, right-wing parties are organized on sects and communities to respond to those who defend the left social democratic and secular democratic legal order. With the Eruh and Şemdinli raids that started in 1984, the thirty-ninth year of the PKK's armed conflict will be over in two days. Over time, this conflictual process has become a big rent for many circles. These circles never want a peaceful solution.

As a result, the Law in the country has been completely shelved and even trashed. Moral decay in society is rampant. It is not clear whose hand is in whose pocket. “Horse and dog tracks are mixed”. The strange thing is; every kind of robbery is done in the name of lawlessness and patriotism. Those who object to this wrong trend are silenced by being branded as "traitor" terrorists! Those who robbed the country; They camouflage themselves with the concepts of “the flag will not descend” and “Azan will not be silent”, adding profits to their rants. We live in days when opportunism and moral decay are at their peak.

The way to rule out their opponents even in elections is by declaring them treacherous terrorists. If there is no law in a country with a population of 84 million, morality is rotten, consciences are bankrupt, what rules can one be governed by? We are living in the days when morality and law are bankrupt.
