DIASPORA: DISCONTINUE AND UNITE
DIASPORA: DISPERSE AND COMBINE
Diaspora –as I mentioned in previous articles on the subject- was used for the first time to disperse the Jews around the world. Later, different varieties of diaspora emerged. For example, there is no thought of going back for the black diaspora or the African diaspora. For years, thinking of returning to the land, which had to be separated constantly, has been the defining feature of the diaspora for years.
Each concept decomposes itself over time. It is wrong to be content with using that concept in the sense of years ago without seeing this separation.
Diaspora, which has been describing disintegration for years, can also mean unification for some peoples.< /span>
I read a book in English about the Kurdish diaspora. The author states that Kurds, who had to leave different countries – Turkey, Iran, Iraq, Syria – and came to different European countries, encountered each other – they did not have this opportunity before – and that a united Kurdish consciousness developed especially in the diaspora.
The opposite has happened in the diaspora for years. The sense of commitment weakened in people who were separated and separated from each other.

Diasporas are developing and transforming in different directions.
New sociological theories are needed to explain this change.
